Exchange and Return
The Buyer has the right to refuse the goods ordered in the online store at any time before receiving it, and after receiving the goods - within 7 days. Or within 14 days after the purchase in the offline store.
Procedure for returning goods:
- Ensure the product has no signs of use, tags, seals, labels, and original packaging are preserved.
- Download and fill out the Product Return Application.Product Return Application
- Send a scan of the Application via WhatsApp or Telegram to phone number +7 (915) 091-77-55
- Delivery by SDEK back to Moscow at the buyer's expense (if the product did not fit you in size or you simply changed your mind). Pickup point address: Efremova St., 18. If the return or exchange is due to a product defect - we will pay for the delivery to Moscow ourselves.
- Refund of funds is made within 10 days after we receive the returned product by non-cash transfer to the bank card from which the purchase was made.
